FROM Whiskey Thief
As the long golden days begin to fade and the first hint of autumn settles into the Kentucky air, our Whiskey Thief Prototype Late Summer Gin 2025 arrives as a tribute to the changing season.
Distilled from grain using a whiskey mash bill and crafted with select local botanicals, this 100 proof gin layers classic juniper and citrus with warm spice and earthy depth from coriander, orange peel, licorice root, sarsaparilla root, sweet almonds, fennel seed, green cardamom, star anise, ginger, and clove. Rich, aromatic, and whiskey-inspired, it’s built for sipping neat or elevating your favorite cocktail.
"As the days of the year dwindle down, if you listen real close, hear the sound of summers gone?" — Love Jones
