Sweet and smoky. This is the most unique of our products as it puts the smoke in the drink, not just around the glass. The smoke is present as soon as you open the bottle, but that intensity is balanced with sweetness and complex flavors when added to a drink. Presenting with a subtle blend of smoky flavors, this product provides a complex sweetness to complement a variety of drinks. We recommend using a 1/2 oz in place of sugar or simple syrup when making an Old Fashioned.
