For the first time ever, our distillery-exclusive River Proof Series is available beyond 207 Seminary Ave. We’re proud to bring you our Distillery Exclusive River Proof Series: a tribute to the settlers and distillers who built this industry along these very shores, and to the enduring spirit of bourbon.
Our Wheated River Proof Series Bourbon reflects the quieter side of that legacy. The wheat softens and rounds the edges, offering notes of honey, warm bread, and sweet vanilla wrapped in mature oak.
The Mash bill is:
51% corn
45% wheat
4% malted barley
