Every barrel of our Toasted Oak Bourbon begins with a mash bill of 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley — the foundation of a bourbon that balances sweetness, spice, and depth. After at least 5 years of aging, we finish each batch in lightly toasted white oak barrels for at least 30 days, allowing the spirit to draw out gentle layers of caramelized sugar and warm vanilla from the oak.
