The Old Jett Brothers bourbon, finished in Sake barrels for 8 months. 101 proof. Four Grain bourbon mash bill. 63% corn 17% oatmeal 8% wheat 12% malt. Bottles signed by Royce Neeley, our Lead Distiller.
Tasting Notes
Sour blueberry candy nose and honeydew melon. Watermelon on the palate with a hint of the oats and a punch of sake. The finish dissolves like seafoam.
